Hi! Gray Wolf Fitness is dedicated to helping people learn how to improve their wellness through nutrition and fitness. Understanding of your macros, not calories is game changing and it can be done with out supplements. So if you are overweight and not ready for exercise, then lets work on your nutrition and get your energy up, your mind clear and your goal of getting in better shape. We can then design a fitness program that will improve your balance, stability and strength.

I am a certified personal trainer. I have done all kinds of diets which made me skinny fat, eating 6 meals a day working out 3 hours taking supplements and only gaining a few pounds of muscle and disappointment. From all of this, there is a way to actually eat whole foods without supplements that works. It does take some trial and error to get it tuned in just right, but it does work and is based on science. Based on the science we can meet YOUR goals.
