OK, here is a great routine for you at home. For the Dumbbell Thrusters, if you can grab a large vegetable can or a gallon jug, anything to thrust above your head, you will get a good burn. If you see any issues with an exercise, please let me know and I will work in a different exercise for you. You will do 3 sets of each exercise with a 60 second rest between each one.
