OK, here is a great routine for you at home. For the Dumbbell Thrusters, if you can grab a large vegetable can or a gallon jug, anything to thrust above your head, you will get a good burn. If you see any issues with an exercise, please let me know and I will work in a different exercise for you. You will do 3 sets of each exercise with a 60 second rest between each one.

Body Weight Alternating Jump Lunge 15

Body Weight Turkish Get Up 15

Dumbbell Thruster 15

Body Weight Single Leg Deadlift 15

Alternating Elbow Single Leg Plank 15

Lying Straight Leg Raise 15

Straight Leg Kickback 15

Plank to Push Up 15

Ab Crunch 15
