So what would be a full body workout. HIIT. Enough said!!!! HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This new style of exercise is game changing. What you do is alternate between high and low intensity exercise(s) or between high intensity exercise and short period of rest. The combinations are endless. I can tell you first hand, that I was stuck at 20% body fat, working out 5 days a week. I was getting stronger, but not losing the gut! When I incorporated HIIT at twice a week, along with the right nutrition, I have dropped down to 16% body fat.
